Terms of Refund Policy

If a client (individual or company) hires Corporate Filings LLC to do a filing on their behalf, said client agrees and understands state filing fees and the state expedite fees are fees the the state charges, they are not fees implemented by Corporate Filings LLC. Our company does not charge additional fees on filings or on the fees to expedite a filing. Client agrees that if the state fails to process a normal or expedited filing within expected times, that the state will not issue us a refund. Thus, Corporate Filings LLC cannot issue client a refund of state filing fees or expedite fees.

Client agrees to not request a refund or dispute charges on client’s credit card for filing times.

For company leases or sale of Intellectual Properties (IPs), digital assets, trademarks, and any other intangible or real product, all sales and executed leases are final:  no fees are refundable.
